Send the device, the model and the fault on WhatsApp, call the store, or start a repair enquiry on this site. Photos of the damage or an error screen help.

Bring it in or arrange a visit
Hardware work happens on the bench in Ennis or Ennistymon. Where the job is on site — a desktop wired into an office, a network, a shared printer — we arrange a call out instead.

Assessment and your decision
We look at the device and tell you what is wrong and what the options are. You hear it before any work is carried out, and nothing proceeds without you agreeing.

Collect when it is ready
We let you know as soon as it is done, and anything we set up for you is checked over before you take it home.

Can you upgrade the storage in an older MacBook or iMac?
Many older models can take a larger drive or SSD, and some cannot. Tell us the model and the year and we will confirm what is possible before anything is ordered.
Can you get access to a Mac that will not start?
Recovery and startup problems are something we look at regularly, including trying to reach the data before any reinstall. We will tell you what we find and take it from there with you.
