Terms
Draft, awaiting client review
Needs client approval
This page is a working draft provided so the site is complete. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Tech Depot must read it, fill in its own details and approve it before launch.
Draft for review. These terms describe how the website works today. Tech Depot must review them, add its registered company details, and approve the wording before launch.
Using this website
The information on this site is provided to help you decide what you need and to put you in touch with Tech Depot. It is not a substitute for looking at a device or a system.
Nothing on this site is a live product catalogue or a stock list. It shows the kinds of technology Tech Depot stocks and how to ask about them. Availability and pricing are confirmed by the Tech Depot team before anything is agreed.
No online sales
There is no online checkout on this website and no payment is taken here. This site does not display product prices: stock and pricing change, so the Tech Depot team confirms both with you directly.
Anything arranged through WhatsApp, by phone or in store is an enquiry until Tech Depot confirms it. Every purchase is completed and paid for at the counter in Ennis or Ennistymon.
Repairs and services
A repair booking, call out request or IT support request made through this site is an enquiry. Nothing is confirmed, and no work begins, until Tech Depot has replied and you have both agreed what will be done.
Work is quoted after diagnosis. You are told the options before anything is carried out.
Availability and errors
Technology stock changes quickly. If something you were interested in is no longer available, Tech Depot will tell you and suggest an alternative.
Pricing is confirmed by the team during your enquiry, so nothing on this website can go stale.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Irish consumer law. The exact liability wording must be confirmed with the client's legal adviser before launch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
